This form may be used to provide proof of compliance with the Vehicle Emissions Inspection Law of 2005 (625 ILCS 5/13C) for a vehicle that has been inspected and is in compliance with the vehicle emissions inspection requirements and standards applicable in the state or local jurisdiction where the vehicle is currently located and operated.
